POWER PLAY DEVELOPMENT CP (OTC: PWPY)

Poker Creations
National League of Poker

Power Play Development Corporation is the parent company of Poker Creations, a gaming software development company and National League of Poker (NLOP.com), the Internet's leading poker-centric social media portal. The Company was founded in 2004 to target the US-legal online poker market.

In October 2006, the US passed the Unlawful Internet Enforcement Gaming Act (UIEGA), which banned offshore gambling and poker sites from accepting or transmitting funds from US residents. This law created a void that left millions of Americans without a legal online poker alternative. As of June 2007, the online poker audience in the US was estimated to be over 25 million players.

Power Play Development offers free to play online gaming solutions to US-based users with the chance to win cash and prizes. The Company’s offerings seek to fill the void created by UIEGA and tap a growing casual gaming market which turns out 200 million players each month and growing. The platform is US legal and through its unique and patent-pending advergaming platform is very appealing to advertisers, sponsors, and brands.

NLOP.com is a social media portal for online poker players with a myriad of free to play tournaments available. Beyond poker, NLOP offers players premium content and site features making it the world’s first true free online poker community. NLOP offers tournaments for specific audiences including its “Girls All In’, “ Seniors Open’ and Singles Only’ tournament series. Over $350,000 in cash and prizes has been awarded to players on the NLOP network since its launch just over one year ago. As of September, 2007, NLOP had over 150,000 registered players. NLOP’s average user session is 55 minutes, making NLOP.com one of the stickiest websites on the Internet. NLOP estimates close to 1 million players will register by the end of 2008.

NLOP is now entering a growth stage of player acquisition and nearing the launch of its upgraded platform, CUPID 2.0, a downloadable application that will be released in late 2007. NLOP 2.0 new features will include a private member area with access to premium content and other premium membership benefits for a small monthly fee of $20.00. NLOP’s goal is to convert a percentage of those players into its subscription member model. Industry conversion rates for online poker and other subscription member game sites range between 5 and 15%. NLOP is in active discussions with national sponsors that are seeking to market their brand on a poker platform. NLOP delivered over 170 million ad impressions in September, and a total of 28 million minutes of game play on its network.

The Poker Creations division has created ‘white-label’ customized online poker promotions to top tier clients like Miller Brewing's Milwaukee’s Best Light Beer which used the program to support their title sponsor of the World Series of Poker. Additionally, the Company also built VLP Club, a new online poker site geared towards NASCAR fans featuring prominent drivers Dale Earnhardt Jr and Tony Stewart. Poker Creations enables any web site in the world to increase web traffic, revenue and push its own content by adding its advergaming poker content. The Company is actively pursuing similar large portals and affinity groups to expand its white and private-label business and services.

Power Play Development has a proven and experienced management team. The Company plans to leverage its proprietary technology and strong research & development skills to develop advanced gaming concepts and technologies. The Company is well positioned to draw on the growing demand for online gaming communities.
