Power Play Development Engages Xnergy, LLC and Xnergy Financial Advisors
Company intends to become fully reporting while targeting institutional capital
Framingham, MA (February 5, 2008) – Power Play Development Corp. (Pink Sheets: PWPY - News), the leading provider of outsourced promotional poker solutions and owner of the nationally recognized NLOPTM (www.nlop.com) poker portal, has engaged Xnergy Financial Corporation as its exclusive i nvestment bank in connection with corporate financing.
Power Play intends to become a reporting company under the Exchange Act of 1934 and then to have its stock traded on the OTC Bulletin Board. It has signed an agreement with Xnergy Advisory Services to assist it with these matters.
